Matching is people work! Also at Work4Everyone. Because in the end, candidate and organisation sit around the table to see if it 'clicks'. But before that happens, a lot has happened behind the scenes. That is the selection and that is done with AI (Artificial Intelligence).
Work4Everyone uses 8vance's platform which is entirely based on AI. 8vance's system has learned which competences, skills and character traits belong to certain jobs. The system has learned this by looking at millions of jobs, millions of candidate profiles and millions of successful matches. So the selection is done through 8vance's platform and is therefore very precise.
Can it get any better? What has been added by Work4Everyone?
In the European project 'E-Portfolio Framework', we created a so-called 'Ability Profile'. That is an overview of capabilities and limitations. That 'Ability Profile' has been added to 8vance's system.
Candidates/work seekers
use the system via the
'Career-App'.
Each candidate who goes to 8vance's 'Career-App' via this site, also fills in the 'Ability Profile' (capabilities and limitations) there.
Employers use the system through the 'Match-App'.
Each employer also fills in an Ability Profile (in the Match App) for each vacancy.
This allows the system to 'know' which jobs are a good match for which candidate, because the system obviously chooses the jobs where the candidate's limitations are not a factor!
