How does it work

Supported Employment

Our method is based on an American method: Supported Employment. In Dutch, we would say 'Ondersteund werken', but usually the American name is used.

This method assumes that everyone should try to use his/her own abilities as much as possible. So do what you can. And then if you need help, it should be there for you.

In this Toolkit Summary we have described this method in practice for people who support other people. It is a summary of the complete Supported Employment course to be used immediately.
