Many people feel like an outsider because they need an extra hand to participate in society. But they are not! This website shows that there are many ways to participate, with or without a limitation.


Our platform assures equal chances for everybody. Just wander around and find out!

The Work4Everyone platform (formerly known as E-Portfolio4work platform) is where candidates and  employers meet! It offers people with a distance to the labour market the same job opportunities as people without that distance. On this platform, it makes no difference who you are, what you do and how far away you are from the labour market. The unique system ensures exactly equal opportunities for everyone!

What we dream of

We dream of a world where people with disabilities have the same opportunities and possibilities as people without disabilities.


We dream of a world where equality exists without question. Where it doesn't matter whether you are black, white, green or yellow, where it doesn't matter whether you are male or female, gay or straight, small or big, rich or poor. Where it doesn't matter which God you worship or even if you don't. And where it doesn't matter if you are limited in any way. Where it doesn't matter how long your path to employment is.


Unfortunately, we cannot solve all these inequalities, but we can start with equal opportunities at the labour market.
